Refund Policy
Monthly & cancellable
All plans run monthly and can be cancelled at any time to the end of the current billing period. Access remains active until the end of the period.
No pro-rata refunds
Periods already paid and credits already used are not refunded pro rata.
Exception — platform fault
If LeadPilot was materially unusable during a period for reasons attributable to us, we will, on request, refund or credit you pro rata. Report it to datenschutz@thepilot.ch.
Billing errors
Duplicate charges or obvious billing errors are, of course, refunded in full.
